Events & Partnerships Administrative Coordinator | Jul 23 - Present

As an Events and Partnerships Administrative Coordinator at a leading North American ski resort, I oversee strategic partner accounts, including Pepsi, Red Bull, Yeti, Mammut, Subaru, Nokian Tyres, and GoPro. My role centers on partnership management, where I manage four financial accounts and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, notably within Marketing. I contribute to digital marketing initiatives, facilitate physical branding integration for partners, coordinate communications, and ensure operational efficiency for our team.

  • Project Management - Executes over 200+ events and activations across the resort.
  • Partnership Management - Manages 9 corporate partnerships, including Pepsi, Red Bull, Nokian Tyres, GoPro, Yeti, Mammut, Subaru, and Dynastar.
  • Financial Management - Manages budgeting and tracking for 4 accounts totaling 1.8 million dollars.

Architectural Drafter | Jan - Jul 23

Assisted in design work for multi-family housing projects for a firm in Salt Lake City specializing in modern design. I’m proud to have contributed to a positive studio culture and deeply enjoyed working in a dynamic and collaborative workplace.  I left to pursue a more challenging role at Snowbird.

  • Drafting - Assisted in drafting architectural documents for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Generative Design - Made generative algorithms to produce patterns for metal facades.

Worked for a small design firm wearing several hats - drafter, interior decorator, flooring installer, set decorator etc.

My time at the University of Utah was spent in the fast-paced Studio environment of the Multi-Disciplinary Design Program, where I enjoyed working in a highly collaborative and creative atmosphere.

Physical Product
  • Designed and developed several hard goods as a manifestation of market/user research.
  • Utilized mastery of product modeling and prototyping tools such as; Rhinoceros 3d, Revit, the Adobe Suite, 3D printers, laser cutters, etc.
Digital Product
  • Designed and developed several digital tools informed by design briefs & user research.
  • Utilized mastery of tools including the full Adobe Suit, Adobe XD, TouchDesigner, and Figma.

THE FRONT CLIMBING CLUB


Event Coordinator | Jan 2020 - Sep 2022

Planned and executed large-scale B2C and B2B events for the climbing community at the Front and businesses in the outdoor industry.

  • Summer Music Series - 18 weeks of local music. Attendance ranged from 300-800 guests.
  • Networking Events - Elevated B2B relations with high-level experiences.
  • Non-Profit Events- Implemented event initiatives to activate & engage members.
